The Pomegranate Cosmopolitan Luxe is more complex than most pomegranate martini recipes we have here, but we think it is well worth the work. The Pomegranate Cosmopolitan Luxe is one of the best!

Ingredients:

• 3 oz. freezing Absolut Ruby Red vodka
• 1 oz. of Cointreau
• 1 oz. of pomegranate juice
• 1 oz. of Naked orange juice
• 2 tablespoons of fresh squeezed orange juice
• 1 tablespoon of fresh squeezed lemon juice
• 1 long, thin lemon zest
• 1 long, thin orange zest

Combine the vodka, Cointreau, pomegranate juice and orange juice (Naked & fresh squeezed) into a cocktail shaker 3/4 full of crushedice. Shake vigorously for a 60 seconds and all it to settle while you get your glass ready for drinking. Twist your zests together over a well chilled martini glass, rub them around the glass and drop them in. Add your lemon juice to the glass. Strain the contents of your shaker into your martini glass.
